Your prescriber sends an order with strength, dosage form, and directions. Our pharmacists review allergies, interactions, and suitability.

Payment & preparation
Payment is collected before compounding starts. Because these medications are highly customized for each patient, compounded prescriptions are non-refundable. After payment, ingredients are sourced for quality and preparations are made according to formula and applicable standards for the dosage form.

Counseling & pickup
We explain how to use, store, and expect results from your therapy, and coordinate follow-up with your care team.
